PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and installing man-hours, to reduce a cost and to improve installing workability. SOLUTION: An air-conditioning air duct 17 comprises projecting stripe ribs 13, 14 integrally projectingly formed downward on the rear face of an upper instrument panel 3, forming longitudinal walls of the air-conditioning air duct 17, projecting stripe parts 19, 20 integrally projecting formed into the air-conditioning air duct 17 in an air-conditioning air duct bottom wall 23 of an air duct member 15 integrally formed with a lower instrument panel 5 correspondingly to lower end vicinities of the projecting stripe ribs 13, 14 and abutment ribs 21, 21 integrally formed along the projecting stripe parts 19, 20, closely contacting with lower end side faces of the projecting stripe ribs 13, 14.
