PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact die positioning mechanism of a simplified structure by positioning a mold, which constitutes a top die of a panel bender, with cylinders while each of cylinders is arranged on the same line. SOLUTION: A draw back die 31B is drawn back, or the draw back die 31B is connected with a first cylinder A, which returns the draw back, against a center die 31A, or a second cylinder B, which releases the connection, and a segment die 3 are moved to left, right directions via the first cylinder A, the second cylinder B and the draw back die 31B, so that a third cylinder C is arranged on the same line for securing a space S needed for exchanging the center die 31A.
