PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the subject water contribute to fatigue recovery and health improvement by incorporating a negative ion or negative static electricity in negatively ionized water so as to measure the current of a specified condition when the negatively ionized water after electric discharge and city water are charged in separate vessels in a specified amount respectively and electrically connected to each other. SOLUTION: Two glass cups 31 and 32 are prepared, and just 150 cc of city water 33 is charged in the cup 31 and also just 150 cc of negatively ionized water 34 is charged in the cup 32. Moreover, metal plates 35, 36, 37 and 38 are charged in each cup 31 and 32 and these are connected. An ammeter 29 is connected to such a circuit. Then negative ions or negative static electricity are incorporated in the negatively ionized water so as to measure the current not less than at least 0.05 mA (50 μA) at 0.3 A range when current is measured. In this way, physical constitution is negatively ionized to alkaline to contribute to fatigue recovery and health improvement. |
