<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently collect dust dispersed in the upper direction of a work and corrosive gas escaped in the upper direction of the work by executing suction from upper direction of the work through a dust collecting duct. SOLUTION: The device is constituted so that a dust collecting hood 25 is provided to cover around a machining head 23 on a y-axis carriage 13, a dust collecting duct 27 is provided extending in the direction of y-axis and penetrating through the interior of the dust collecting hood 25, and only a part which is provided, in accordance with moving of the machining head 23, penetrating through the dust collecting duct 27 and located in the dust collecting hood 25 in a duct cover 35 is constituted to locally and successively open the opening part 33.</p> |
