PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction of operating means of a tiller by setting operating means such as a main speed change lever and a diff-lock lever difficult to be operated unless a clutch lever and a steering handle are held in an integrated state. SOLUTION: In a tiller having a machine configuration in which its final control element 9 has a clutch lever 7 which is linked to a clutch switching the coupling and uncoupling of the power of the tiller and is thrown into a coupling position when held together with a steering handle 5 having a loop-like shape when shown in plane figure in an integrated state and also the element 9 is equipped with operating means (such as a main speed change operation means 6 and a def-lock operation means 8) for operating the travel of the tiller, the operation means 6 and 8 are placed so as to at least partially overlap with the clutch lever 7 when they are shown in side view when the clutch lever 7 has been thrown into an uncoupling position 7'.
