PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple mattress especially suitable for a sofa bed with a textile upholstery material. SOLUTION: This mattress constitutes a lying surface especially for a sofa bed with a net-like textile upholstery material 11 supported by an upholstery frame 5. In this case, only the upper side 8a is covered by a cover 13 with a cushion material 16, with a warp formed outward on the lower side 8b. The warp is made to fit to a warp of the upholstery material 11 expected when a load is applied.
