PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily avoid occurrence of critical speed in a rotational system by varying spacing between bearings. SOLUTION: A bearing structure having an inner ring 3 fitted to an outer surface of a shaft 2, a plurality of rollers 4 arranged around the inner ring 3, and an outer ring 5 having flanges at its both sides for rotatably holding the rollers 4, rotatably supports the shaft 2 around an axis O. In such a bearing structure, the inner ring has so length as to have a moving range of the rollers 4 in the direction of the axis O. When a male screw member 9 is rotationally driven by means of a driving device 10, the outer ring 6 retained by a female screw member 8 screwed with the male screw member 9 is moved in the direction of the axis O together with the rollers 4.
