PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of cracks of a neck part without leakage of steel from a sliding surface, and impeding the sliding condition in the case of changing an immersed nozzle provided with the sliding surface to be applied to a device to change the immersed nozzle without interrupting a casting work. SOLUTION: A castable refractory material is filled in a gap between both ends of a head part along at least the sliding direction of an immersed nozzle 1 and a metal case, a regular-shaped refractory material is arranged thereon, a sliding surface flush with a sliding surface 3 on an upper surface of the head part of the immersed nozzle 1 is formed on the upper surface of this refractory, and a releasing material is interposed on a contact surface of the refractory arranged in the gap between both ends of the head part along at least the sliding surface of the immersed nozzle 1 and the metal case with both ends of the head part of the immersed nozzle.
