PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an algal field-type fish bank enabling the protection of blocks from separation by ocean waves and sinking to the sea bottom, and easy in cleaning by forming a hiding space having plural inner hollow parts on a block board and removably arranging a block having a flat upper face. SOLUTION: On a block board 2 which is to be placed on the sea bottom, a hiding space 3 having plural inner hollow parts, for example, a hollow part having a 5-50 cm high and 10-50 cm wide entrance, and a depth of 10-50 cm, is formed, and a block 4 having a flat upper face is arranged in a removable manner. Further, fitting tenons 6, which are arranged so that the block 4 is removable, are formed on the block board 2. Further, appropriate linking tools 7 are preferably placed in small holes on the periphery of the block board 2 which is placed on the sea bottom 1 to enable the mutual connection of plural block boards 2.
