PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional accuracy of a coil and the consequent uniformity of magnetic fields and to provide the superconducting magnet for the MRI device having a high insulating characteristic. CONSTITUTION:An insulating member 3b is molded on the outer peripheral surface of an inside cylinder 3a of a helium container to form a winding frame. The insulating member 3b is formed by winding a glass coated with an epoxy resin or molding the resin by a filament winding method, then finishing the molding to prescribed accuracy by machining. |
