PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect the packaging state of a terminal connector with a simple connection circuitry by detecting the packaging state of the terminal connector in accordance with judgment whether the voltage level of a power supply signal terminal is power supply voltage or not and whether the voltage level of an earth terminal is reference potential or not. SOLUTION: When a terminal connector is not packaged (connected), a power supply signal terminal V2n is not connected to other power supply signal terminals V21 to V2(n-1) and power supply voltage Vcc is not supplied, so that a Vcc detection part 11 judges that the packaging state of the terminal connector is abnormal. Since an earth terminal E2n is not connected to other earth terminals E21 to E2(n-1) and reference potential E is not supplied, an E detection part 12 judges that the packaging state of the terminal connector is abnormal. Since the Vcc detection part 11 or the E detection part 12 judges abnormality in the packaging state of the terminal connector and notifies a PWB of the abnormality so as to inform a user of the abnormality, the user can surely detect the packaging state of the connector.
