PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic keyboard instrument allowing reduction of a production cost with excellently maintaining a low-frequency characteristic of sound emitted from a speaker, and allowing improvement of flexibility of a layout of an acoustic device, a component or the like to be disposed within an musical instrument case. SOLUTION: This electronic keyboard instrument includes an instrument case 10 having a horizontal shelf board 11 formed with a vertically penetrating through hole 11b in a bottom part, forming an outer shell of an instrument body 2; a speaker 21 housed in the instrument case 10 and disposed on the shelf board 11 with its front downward; and a leading-out passage 23 extending outward from the through hole 11b of the shelf board 11, for leading sound emitted to the inside of the instrument case 10 from the rear of the speaker 21 outward through the through hole 11b. |
