PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely send a signal of an about GHz band onto a locally closed bus and to freely adds a signal input/output point by using a twisted pair for a node adapter at the same pitch as with a bus and transmitting and receiving signal power by electrostatic coupling. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a belt-like common bus 1 and a terminal signal input/output communication adapter 2 which is electrostatically coupled with its arbitrary point. On the belt-like bus 1, differential signals having the opposite polarities are sent through the adapter 2. The common bus 1 uses a twisted pair and signals on the bus are suppressed below 100 to 1,000μV to reduce radiated aerial radiation noise below the value as prescribed by law. The node adapter 2 uses a twisted pair having the same pitch with the bus and is able to send and receive signal power to and from the bus through electrostatic coupling. Furthermore, a backed conductor 5 is provided for a GHz band, when necessary.
