PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic wave shielding light-transmitting window material, which has satisfactory electromagnetic performance and satisfactory near-infrared ray shield performance suited to PDP electromagnetic shield filters, etc., and is highly transparent and superior in design and a laminated panel material having such a window material integrated with a PDP. SOLUTION: Two transparent boards 2A, 2B or a transparent board and a PDP body are integrated with intermediate films 4A-4C, adhered through a conductive mesh 3 and a near-infrared ray shield film 5 interposed in a unified electromagnetic shield light-transmitting window material 1 or a panel affixing material. The concn. of the near-infrared ray shield film 5 and/or the concn. of a coloring pigment in the intermediate films 4A-4C is adjusted, so that the visible light transmittance and the near-infrared ray transmittance in the thickness direction of the window material, and the tone of color thereof are respectively within prescribed ranges.
