PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the development time period of a linear SASIC by building an electronic circuit block in a semiconductor integrated circuit device, and selecting it. SOLUTION: As objects which over circuits that various users request, electronic circuit blocks A to M are mounted in an IC, and each user selects an electronic circuit block from among them. All the electronic circuit blocks are presented to the user side, can be simulated in advance, and the manufactures side performs wiring, based on these verifications.
