ELECTRONIC FILE MANAGING METHOD AND RECORDING MEDIUM READABLE BY COMPUTER IN WHICH PROGRAM TO MANAGE ELECTRONIC FILE IS STORED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing method of an electronic file by which a message as a transmitting matter is attached to the electronic file. SOLUTION: A new entry in which an electronic file to which the message is desired to be attached is described is created in an event control table by an instruction of a user (S2-1). Next, the electronic file to which the message is attached is referred by other user (S2-2). The message which is set as 'the contents' in the event control table is presented to other user to operate the electronic file based on setting of the event control table by an event handler (S2-4). Therefore, transmission of the message between users is efficiently and exactly performed and a highly convenient electronic file managing method is realized by such a method.
