PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation/display device which assures the highest sealability especially the watertightness via a technically simple means by using the only monolithic case which is made of a heat resisting material and seals watertight the operation/display device to the outside. SOLUTION: This operation/display device has a display area 12, a keyboard 14 including a key area and a monolithic case 18. The case 18 is made of a heat resisting material and seals watertight the operation/display device to the outside. The case 18 can use the rather soft synthetic resin such as elastomer according to its purpose application or necessity and at least partly constructed by a material consisting of TPU, TPE or PVC. It is especially preferable to use an injection molding parts that can be produced in a very easy way and at a low cost for the case 18.
