PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film unit with lens that can reduce the number of components and can prevent of components the fall-off. SOLUTION: In the film unit with lens in which unexposed photographic film is assembled into a unit main body and which has a finder unit which visually confirm a subject an axial body 45 pressing the shaft part of a sector lever constituting a shutter mechanism positioned on the lower side of the finder unit from an upper side, is provided. Thus, the positions of the shaft part and the upper surface of the part constituting a photographing mechanism are regulated, so that the finder unit and these parts are related to each other mechanistically and the number of the components can be reduced.
