PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply with simple constitution, a stable power signal adjusted to a desired voltage value to a non-control line. SOLUTION: A choke coil 10 is connected between the cathode side of diodes 5a and 5b in a power source circuit, and a non-control system terminal tu and a magnetic body plate 11 is arranged near the coil. A magnetic fluxϕof the chalk coil 10 is changed with the adjustment of a distance between the choke coil 10, and the magnetic body plate 11 and self-inductance L is controlled/ adjusted. The target voltage of the non-control system terminal tu is adjusted, so that the self-inductance L of the chock coil 10 becomes E=L.ΔIu-Vu by setting the change in the current Iu of the non-control system terminal tu asΔIu and the target voltage of the non-control system terminal tu with respect toΔIu as E and the voltage of the non-control system terminal tu is highly precisely set according toΔIu. Thus, the voltage of the non-control system terminal tu can be set highly precisely to a prescribed value with such a simple constitution, where the choke coil of one type of self-inductance value is used. The magnetic body plate 11 suppresses noise due to the leaking magnetic flux and the magnetic body plate 11 can be used for a heat sink.
