PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide interest being advantageous to a member enterprise by automatically executing short-term depositing and short-time financing, calculating their interest at every fixed period and automatically adding them to the balance of funds of the member enterprise or subtracting them from the balance. SOLUTION: The centralized account 22 of a management company and the link account 24 of the member enterprise are arranged in the host computer 20 of a financial organ which is selected by a plurality of enterprises forming a group and the host computer 22 is connected to a management computer 10 and to the computer of the member enterprise as necessary. The member enterprise executes the settlement of a transaction with a transaction party outside of the group through the link account 24, money from the transaction party is received by the link account 24 and money is paid from the link account 24 to the party. The zero balance system 23 of the host computer 20 transfers the funds between the accounts 24 and 22 to permit the balance of the account 24 to be zero.
