PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for reduction of charges due to the movement to the trap site of a tunnel oxide film from the floating gate in a data memory means for storing data through accumulation of charges. SOLUTION: The predetermined time is accumulated from the completion of charge injection to a data memory means 101 as the setting of data and the charges for compensating for reduction of accumulated charges is once injected to the data memory means 10 after completion of the time accumulation. Thereby, shortage of accumulated charges of the floating gate can be compensated under the condition that the trap site of the tunnel oxide film 108 is filled with charges.
