<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly remove not only a non-informational sample but also a non-informational wavelength variable while properly holding an informational wavelength variable. SOLUTION: In a spectrum data processing method, since the data related to a non-informational sample generated by a measuring error is removed from the spectrum data of a calibration sample to perform multivariate analysis, the content estimate accuracy of a specific component can be largely improved. If the removal of a non-informational variable is performed along with the removal of the above mentioned sample in this method, the estimate accuracy can be more enhanced and operation load can be reduced.</p> |
