PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device capable of emitting a plurality of parallel X-ray beams. SOLUTION: A rotary anode 1 of an X-ray tube is equipped with a target 2 having two focal track surfaces, namely, a large-radius focal track surface 3A and a small-radius focal track surface 3B. The two focal track surfaces 3A, 3B are disposed leaving a space of tens of mm between them in the anode axis direction. Two focal points 4A, 4B are formed over the two focal track surfaces 3A, 3B supported by a cathode 5 against respective two focal track surfaces 3A, 3B. This construction causes two parallel X-ray beams 9, 10 spaced tens of mm apart to be emitted from the two focal points 4A, 4B to the exterior by way of a vessel emission window 12 and a tube-container emission window 20.
