PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electric operation device having a simple structure by integrating a driving device for charging a compression spring and a driving device for releasing the engagement of a latch into a single driving device. SOLUTION: When an OFF signal is inputted to an operation circuit 55, a driving device 13 for turning off a circuit breaker 50 is started, an operation arm 17 is rotated in a predetermined direction (OFF direction) to operate a handle 53 of the circuit breaker 50 to its OFF side while energizing an energy- storing spring 23 by the driving device 13, and this form is locked by a latch mechanism. Then, when an ON signal is inputted, the driving device 13 is restarted so that the latch mechanism is released, and the stored-energy force of the energy-storing spring 23 rapidly rotates the operation arm 17 in the ON-direction by the release.
