PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, to the utmost, the condensation pressure from being lowered even under a strong wind and ensure a desired condensation capability even at a high outdoor air temperature. SOLUTION: The condenser is provided with a condenser containing casing 11 for containing a condenser 6, a suction inlet 14 and a blowoff outlet 15 provided in the condenser containing casing 11, a temperature sensor S for detecting temperature in the condenser casing 11, and an air volume adjusting apparatus 13 for shielding and opening the suction inlet 14 or the blolwoff outlet 15 or both these suction inlet 14 and blowoff outlet 15.
