The device comprises an anchoring block (3) which is pierced by openings (5) which respectively receive a conductor (1) of a cable and a means (6) for locking said cable, a bearing part (4) for the anchoring block, and means (12) for guiding conductors between the anchoring block and a common part of the cable which are joined to the bearing part, comprising an individual guide duct (13) for each cable conductor, allowing for angular deviation. Each guide duct widens out in the direction of the common part of the cable. The guide ducts have a transversal distribution in the direction of the anchoring block whereby said distribution is aligned with the distribution of the openings.
