SOLUTION: A cable sheath 2 present on the surface of a cable formed by bundling a pipe 7 for atmospheric pressure introduction which guides the atmospheric pressure to the detector part 1 and a signal cord 6 guiding the detection signal of the detector part 1 to the outside is formed of fluorine-based thermoplastic elastomer, etc. Further, a diaphragm protective seal cover which protects a pressure receiving diaphragm provided in the pressure sensor of the detector part 1 from the top is formed of multiple layers of plastic films and rubber films.
