PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a distributed constant line to superbroadband amplifier by providing the distributed constant line with a trigger line for applying an electrical signal to a position corresponding in a second direction of a control terminal, and an output line for exciting an electrical signal for propagation in the second direction. SOLUTION: A distributed constant circuit propagates an electrical signal applied to an input end of a trigger line 60 in the x-axis direction of a first direction along the line 60. This electrical signal is then propagated in the y-axis direction of a second direction which is orthogonal to the first direction of the line 60, to reach a gate finger 61 as a control terminal. By causing the electrical signal propagating through the line 60 to act as a gate voltage, a signal current is supplied to an output line 40 where a current source is distributed by the gate voltage, thereby causing the electrical signal propagating in the y-axis direction to excite. As a result, a negative resistance line can be ensured, and it can be applied to a superbroadband amplifier. |
