PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planographic printing plate where its photosensitive composition is high in sensitivity and good in storage stability and capable of forming a lithographic printing plate superior in printing performance. SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises a sulfonylazide compound and a dye having an absorption wavelength region of visible light to near infrared light and a binder resin of a polymer having phenolic hydroxyl groups, and further, and a polymer having sulfonylazide groups on the side chains.
