PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle for reducing an aerodynamic noise. SOLUTION: In a vehicle, each heater 19 or 29 as a noise reducing means for increasing temperatures and reducing the noise is provided at a noise generating part, such as a boat-shaped plate 11 of an electric collector 3 on a roof of a vehicle 1 on a railroad or a side wall 26 of a windbreak cover 5 beside a cut part 27 for covering the electric collector 3. When the temperature of the air around the boat-shaped plate 11 or the cut part 27, a turbulence flow or a vortex flow in environmental air is reduced because the density and viscosity of the air becomes low. Then, the collision force of the air flow against the boat-shaped plate 11 or the cut part 27 becomes small, and the noise caused by aerodynamic sound can be reduced.
