<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of label use to the utmost while preventing collision of labels. SOLUTION: When a directionality is decided to be unidirectional, a label distribution protocol processing section 130 assigns a label in a way that a label managed by a label management section 120 of its own station and a label managed by a label management section 120 of an adjacent label switching router are assigned in an opposite sequence within a range using the labels. Furthermore, an incoming side label and an outgoing side label assigned to a unidirectional forwarding equivalent class FEC are used for an outgoing label and an incoming label assigned to an FEC in the opposite direction to the above FEC.</p> |
