<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the powder fluidity, transferability, hot preservability, low temperature fixability and anti-hot-offsetting property of a dry toner by using particles formed by radical-polymerizing a condensation resin having a radical polymerizable unsaturated group in an aqueous medium. SOLUTION: The dry toner comprises particles formed by dispersing a condensation resin having a radical polymerizable unsaturated group in an aqueous medium and radical-polymerizing the resin. The radical polymerizable unsaturated group is preferably an acrylic functional group or a vinyl ester type functional group, further preferably the acrylic functional group, particularly preferably an unsaturated carboxylic acid type functional group. The condensation resin is preferably a polyester, polyurethane or epoxy resin, particularly preferably the polyester.</p> |
