PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic wave shielding light-transmitting window material which has satisfactory electromagnetic performance suited to PDP electromagnetic shield filters, etc., and is superior in heat resistance and weather resistance and a laminated panel material having such window material integrated with a PDP. SOLUTION: Two transparent boards 2A, 2B or a transparent board and a PDP body are integrated with adhering intermediate films 4A-4C, adhered through a conductive mesh 3 interposed in a unified electromagnetic shielding light-transmitting window material 1 or a panel affixing material. A coloring pigment compounded with the adhering intermediate film 4A uses one which is superior in heat resistance and weather resistance.
