摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to improve workability by approximately uniformly dispersing alloy powder and/or fine powder having large energization heating quantity such as Fe-Ni, Fe-Cr, Ni-Cr, Ni-Cr-Fe, or Fe-Cr-Al in polyolefinic material resin. SOLUTION: A heating source uniformly dispersed in a base material resin such as polyethylene quickly heats by uniform energization of the both ends to uniformly melt the base material resin so that it is useful for a welding rod of the resin. It is suited to uniformly add and disperse metal such as Cr, metal compound, or carbon powder or fine powder of a resistance source having large electric resistance and conductivity at an appropriate rate and this also supplements the effects of the heating source. When an appropriate quantity of thermoplastic and dielectric resin or conductive resin is uniformly added and dispersed in the base material resin, the whole conductivity is improved and the heating efficiency of the heating source is enhanced so that the design range is expanded. It is also useful to provide the surface with electrically insulating resin coating so as to prevent the surface firing caused by heating.
