PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the heat dissipating capability of an X-ray generating device of an X-ray device. SOLUTION: This X-ray generating device is equipped with an X-ray tube 36 mounted in a casing that holds a circulating medium for cooling, The X-ray generating device is equipped with a support mechanism 64 mounted in the X-ray generating device so that a focus alignment track 58 of generated X rays can be adjustably positioned relative to the casing 40 and equipped with a cooling mechanism 55 including an inlet chamber 94 for letting the cooling medium into the support mechanism. Further, by positioning a cooling system 108 in the inlet chamber, heat-exchange surface areas exposed to the cooling medium can be increased. Such method is advantageous, for it enhances the heat dissipating capability of the X-ray generating device.
