PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good noise reducing effect by making the characteristic of a noise filter inserted into the data line or the clock line of a digital recorder variable, and setting the passing band characteristic of a large attenuation for an input signal in a receiving frequency band. SOLUTION: For each clock of BLCK and LRCK obtained by a DSP section 41 and a digital audio signal DADT, a noise filter 22 composed of a band-pass filter for the necessary suppression of a higher harmonic component is provided and, for the BLCK, LRCK and signal DADT, the higher harmonic component of a band received as a noise in the FM band of a tuner section reception is attenuated. That is, the noise filter 22 prevents the reception, as a noise, the higher harmonic component radiated from the DSP section 41 in the tuner section. Here, the noise filter 22 serially inserts signals individually for the lines of BLCKm LRCK and DADT, and makes identical delay time in passage as the same circuit constant to synchronize the signals.
