PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the quick convergence and also sure reproduction of the recording information in a recording medium. SOLUTION: By an error computing unit 35, an effective component of the error information is selected only when the 0 point information from a tap delay circuit 32 is '1' (at this time, the timing such that a sample point formed by the resampling is in existence, is shown), and it is integrated by an internal digital low-pass filter and outputted as a DC deviation component (DC offset component). The output DC offset component of the error computing unit 35 is inputted to a subtraction circuit 16 and subtracted with an output signal of an AGC/ATC circuit 13. Thus, by the subtraction circuit 16, the DC component is removed from the output signal of the AGC/ATC circuit 13.
