PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the power consumption and size of a driving source by reducing a driving load for displacing a sliding plate. SOLUTION: A sliding plate 4 is supported so as to be displaced in a front/ rear position with respect to a base plate 5, a cartridge 2 is placed in a carried-in state by displacing the sliding plate 4 to the front position to lower a holder 1, and the cartridge 2 is carried out by displacing the sliding plate 4 to the rear position to raise the holder 1. The sliding plate 4 displaced to the front position is pressed toward the rear position by a pressing projecting part 25 formed in a driving gear 24. A driving force from a motor 27 is transmitted to the driving gear 24, and the pressing projecting part 25 is formed in a cam shape. Thus, when the driving gear 24 is rotated and the pressing projecting part 25 presses the sliding plate 4, a pressing position in the pressing projecting part 25 is brought close to the rotary shaft of the driving gear 24.
