PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which an execution state can move in a mobile agent system equipped with a program language based on a logic of language and belief. SOLUTION: In a mobile agent system which has a plurality of independently operating agents and is constituted of a mobile agents in which each agent can move among computers connected by a network, a program execution state storage part 14 for storing the execution state of the mobile agents is provided for each mobile agent. Or, an agent program storage part 12 is provided in which a program being a structural element of the mobile agent is stored after dividing the program into sub-programs beforehand.
