PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the data base of normalized table structure from being affected by logical non-matching by converting additional data used in the other system into additional data of the data base system of a self-system and updating the data base of the self-system with data while normalization is maintained. SOLUTION: All information of an interface file A (106) from a system A (107) are taken into the interface table ITA (104) of the system A by an interface program PA(105). The interface file A (106) from the system A (107) is deleted when a processing completes. A data base 101 normalized by a data take-in/discharge program PITA (103) only with information required in the operation of an application 102 is updated in information of the interface table ITA (104) of the system A. Namely, the data base normalized only with required common information is updated in information on the interface file A (106) from the system A (107).
