PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the collector voltage of the first and second bipolar transistor Tr at each fixed level, to suppress the variance of band gap voltage when the power potential supplied to a current mirror circuit varies and to output the stable reference voltage by providing the third and fourth bipolar Trs. SOLUTION: The resistance elements R3 and R4 are connected to the power potential Vcc at one of both ends of each of elements R3 and R4. The resistance value of both elements R3 and R4 are set equivalent to each other. The emitters of pnp bipolar Tr Q5 and Q6 whose diodes are mutually connected are connected to the other end of each of elements R3 and R4 respectively. The characteristics of the Tr Q5 and Q6 are equivalent to each other, and the bases of both Tr Q5 and Q6 are connected to each other to construct a current mirror circuit. Then a capacitive element (capacitor) C1 is connected between the collectors of both Tr Q5 and Q6 to prevent the parasitic oscillation.
