SOLUTION: A neutrophilic cell treated with a calcium detecting indicator and a superoxide detecting indicator are mixed to prepare a mixed soln. and a calcium ion removing agent is allowed to be present in the mixed soln. and neutrophilic floating peptide is added to the mixed soln. to measure the concn. of a calcium ion in the cell and the concn. of superoxide to set the concn. of the calcium ion from the calcium store in the cell and an intracellular calcium channel inhibitor is allowed to be present in the mixed soln. and neutrophilic floating peptide is added to the mixed soln. to measure the concn. of the calcium ion in the cell and the concn. of superoxide in the cell.
