发明名称 NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE BATTERY
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety even in an abnormally high temperature by constituting a part positioned in the innermost of an electrode plate group of a separator to have a heat-resistant film. SOLUTION: A polyimide film (heat-resistant film) 11 having the thickness 100μm and the width same as that of a separator 3 is stuck to the separator 3 across the 13 mm in the longitudinal direction of the separator 3 so as to be positioned in the innermost circumference of an electrode plate group 20 when winding the electrode plate group 20 around it. A heat-resistant film 11 such as polyimide is arranged in the innermost circumference of the electrode plate group 20 so that a space for the winding core part can be held. Preferably, the melting point of the major materials of the heat-resistant film 11 is 210 deg.C or higher. The reason is that the melting points of polyethylene and polypropylene, or the materials for the separator are 137 deg.C and 165 deg.C respectively and one having the melting point higher than those are effective. The polyimide has high heat-resistant temperature higher than 400 deg.C.
