PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount and fix junction terminals on a printed circuit board by soldering, by providing a fitting part which slidably engages with a connection unit which is fixed to the operation lever and is engaged and fixed with a belt having gears on a linear slit on a frame through which an operation lever is inserted. SOLUTION: A connection unit 15 which is inserted and fixed by pressing from the leading edge side of an operation lever 9 of a variable resistor has a trench 15A with gears as an engaging part which is engaged and fixed at the middle of a belt 7 with ring gears. Additionally, a fitting part 15B is formed by the lower part of the trench extended to enclose the periphery of the operation lever 9, and is made to slidably engage by the thickness direction which orthogonally crosses the operation direction having a little gap for a parallel terminal surface of a linear slit 1C of a plate of a frame 1. And the size of the operation direction is so made as both the end edges of the operation range of the operation lever 9 to contact with both the terminal parts of the linear slit 1C, respectively.
