PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce normal force and blooming that are generated when a linear motor is driven. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a plurality of coil units 1, 1a, a fixed plate 3 whose lower end is set up on a fixing part 2 with the coil units 1, 1a arranged on both sides, and a back iron 5 that is formed in such a way as to cover the top part of the fixed plate 3 and provided with magnets 4, 4a that are arranged on its inside so as to face the coil units 1, 1a.
