<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic leakage transformer for detecting currents without generating any power loss, or complicating a structure. SOLUTION: When load currents are increased, a leakage flux is put through a magnetic leakage iron core 23. Thus, a voltage corresponding to the resistance value of a low impedance element 27 is generated at the both edges of a coil 21 for detecting currents in the same way as a normal CT(converter). This voltage is made proportional to load currents so that the load currents can be detected by the coil 21. A magnetic energy when a power is supplied to a primary coil 19 is stored in a leakage inductance formed of the leakage flux. When the power supply of the primary coil 19 is interrupted, the energy is emitted from the secondary coil 25.</p> |
