PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce any stress on an electronic component by relaxing stress without increasing a distance between a circuit board and an electronic component. SOLUTION: This electronic component includes at least one electronic component 11 and a conductive terminal component 17 connected through a conductive connecting member 15 with an outer electrode 13. In this case, at least one slit 21a is formed at the terminal component 17 for positioning and limiting the connecting part of the electronic component 11 with the terminal component 17.
