PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically specify a fault package by permitting an interface part to interface a response from a serial data reception part and to convert data into a specified format. SOLUTION: In the case of reception data addressed to oneself, a controller judges it. When data are judged to be writing information, a serial data reception part 53 transfers data to an intra-package interface part 56. The intra- package interface part 56 instructs a processing to an LSI or the like in a package. The serial data reception part 53 informs a serial data transmission part 54 of the reception of writing data addressed to oneself. The serial data transmission part 54 transmits that it receives writing data to RX data. In the case of reading information, the part informs the serial data transmission part 54 of the reception of reading data addressed to oneself and the intra- package interface part 56 reads data to the LSI in the package.
