<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct the increase of the number of pieces of information to be retrieved and the bias in an information population by recurrently collecting home pages, evaluating information described in the home pages and obtaining a coordinate value. SOLUTION: A home page collecting device 105 recurrently collects the addresses of the link home pages based on a tag in the home pages 103 with the prescribed home page 103 as a starting point under the setting of a prescribed area or a category. The collected home page information is transferred to a home page evaluating device 106 and the device 106 evaluates the transferred home page 103 by the design, the publicness of described information, name value, information updating frequency, and the personality or reliability of a home page creator or an originator. Besides, the combination of the home page 103, information on the map and the coordinate value is generated and obtained by a coordinate allocating device 107.</p> |
