PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the affection of temperature change to a feed water tank as much as possible. SOLUTION: A humidifier is constituted of a feed water tank 7 positioned in the front side of inside of a main body case 5, a boiler 9 neighbored to the back surface side of the feed water tank 7 and heating water W supplied from the feed water tank 7 by a heating means 13 to generate steam S and a steam leading passage 10 for leading the water vapor S generated by the boiler 9 to the outside of the system. In such a humidifier, an insulating cover 33 for covering a part of the main body case 5 from the front surface side to the side surface side of the same is attached to cover the feed water tank 7 by the double structure of the main body case 5 and the insulating cover 33.
